MEANCHI'S WAY
Lomo Saltado is one of Peru's most famous dishes. We have decided to make it into a sandwich, BUT Meanchi's Way.
As the founder of Meanchi's, my real dream and passion is to bring Peruvian food to the forefront of the American pallet and deliver a MEAN sandwich. The culinary world that Peru has to offer is so vast, I thought I might start with one aspect of Peruvian food that delivers unique flavor, simplicity, and convenience, legendary Peruvian Sandwiches.
